London and later featured at the NHS Staff Experience Conference . Portraits were taken ‘Behind the Mask’ by UK photographers, as a tribute to the dedication to patient care throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The NHS 's fourth annual health and wellbeing conference is being held on Wednesday 10 March 2021. With unprecedented pressure on the NHS this past 12 months, the theme this year is regroup, reflect, recharge.

For the first time in the history of NHS annual conferences, they are bringing together NHS professionals who support the experience of NHS staff, whether they work in health and wellbeing, staff engagement, organisational development or any other relevant HR role.

I was honoured to have been a part of this collective and document the work of our incredible NHS and key workers during this time.
